Store Policies

Returns
We guarantee all products to be new and with full warranty. All items are checked for mint condition, operation and appearance prior to purchase at store or shipment. All returns and cancellations that are not the fault of ARB Cyclery will be subject to a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. For online or in-store non-bike purchases, customers have 10 days for returns and all items must be in unopened packaging and items cannot have been used or clothing worn for us to accept any returned or canceled items. Shipping charges for any returned merchandise will be the responsibility of the purchaser except in the case a wrong or defective item was shipped. No returns or exchanges are allowed for bicycles and sale items. All sales are final on bicycles and sale items.

Deposits
All Deposits on special orders, whether made online or in-store, are non-refundable unless ARB Cyclery cannot deliver the product.

Warranty Processing
ARB Cyclery will handle all warranty processing on any product purchased at ARB Cyclery free of charge.  Warranty work on any product not purchased at ARB Cyclery is subject to a fee of 10% of the MSRP or $25, whichever is greater.  All warranty processing on bikes not purchased at ARB Cyclery is subject to a flat fee of $150.  Warranty processing fees are charged up front and are non-refundable, whether or not the manufacturer agrees to warranty the product.  




Online Order Processing and Shipping Time
Orders take approximately 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped out. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders will be shipped with shipping insurance, package tracking, and delivery confirmation. All items are very carefully wrapped, packaged, and boxed to ensure safety in transit and guarantee safe arrival to our customer's location. Shipping time is about 3 to 5 business days. For total transit time please add processing time to shipping time.




RMAs for Online Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, within 10 days from the delivery date. You must contact us first for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization No.) so that we understand the nature of the return when receiving it. We will ask you to ship the item back to our location.

Once we receive the original item we will work to exchange it for the same item as soon as possible. If a similar item is not available, we will refund the full price of the item to you.

Refunds/Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed as being received by us and the customer has provided payment information to us, we then accept this as a purchase agreement. If the customer decides to cancel the entire order (or an item from an order), a 20% restocking/cancellation fee will apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. Furthermore, if a customer cancels an order after it is delivered, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges (with insurance and signature confirmation) back to ARB Cyclery.

We protect all your information and personal data without sharing it with anyone else without your expressed permission. This page describes our full privacy policy and what steps we take to insure the highest standards of safety and security. This policy may be updated from time to time to maintain the best standards of trust and integrity.

Shopping on our web site is very safe and secure. We use 128-bit (RSA) encryption for account creation and order placement transactions, including all shopping cart functionality and credit card processing.
